What we build.

Four ways to connect information, reduce manual work, and build software around existing industrial processes.

01

Quoting assembled by hand

AI Quoting Automation

Industrial quoting draws from several sources: specifications and drawings, price lists, current inventory, and comparable past quotes. Blockstamp builds AI-assisted workflows that read those inputs and organize the relevant parts, materials, quantities, and pricing information into a first draft.

The estimator stays in control. The system can flag missing or conflicting information for review, while your team checks assumptions, adjusts pricing, and approves the final quote. Each version remains structured instead of starting from a blank document.

  • AI-assisted spec + drawing reading
  • Automatic pricing & historical match
  • AI-drafted quote line items
  • Inventory-aware flagging
A representative quoting workspace showing a quote assembled from part records, with line items, quantities and unit pricing. Representative interface. Synthetic data. Not a customer system.

02

Paper inspections and manual reports

AI Inspection & Reporting

Paper inspection forms create a second job after the fieldwork is finished: retyping notes, formatting a report, and collecting approvals. Blockstamp builds digital inspection workflows that capture findings once, where the inspection happens.

AI drafts checklist results and field notes into a readable report and flags exceptions for a second look. Your team can edit and approve the report, route it to the right people, and keep the underlying inspection information in one place.

  • Digital inspection forms
  • Centralized capture
  • AI-drafted reports
  • Exception flagging

03

Software that does not fit the operation

Custom Industrial Software

General-purpose software may cover most of a process while leaving important steps in spreadsheets, email, or separate tools. Blockstamp builds purpose-specific portals, dashboards, and workflow systems for those operational gaps.

That may mean giving one team a focused internal portal, bringing scattered operational information into one dashboard, or connecting two existing systems so the same record does not need to be entered twice. The useful systems stay in place; the custom software joins the workflow around them.

  • Operations portals
  • Dashboards
  • System consolidation
  • Integrations

04

Repetitive information handling

AI & Workflow Automation

Some workflows depend on people reading documents, finding the right information, matching it to another record, and routing it for review. Blockstamp applies AI to those defined tasks when it can reduce repetitive handling without removing human judgment.

Other tasks are better handled by integrations or rules-based automation. We choose the approach that fits the work, whether that means processing specification sheets and emails, moving information between systems, or using an AI agent for a clearly bounded task.

  • Document & information processing
  • Workflow automation
  • Agents where justified
